Job summary

Hibbett, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in our store to support the Store Manager with daily operations, customer service, restocking, merchandising and scheduling. You will supervise during the Store Manager’s absence and help drive sales and store profitability while upholding company policies.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail and customer service experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Hourly pay starts at $12.65.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Supervise store operations in the Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Ensure inventory levels, sales statistics, and profitability across departments.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Maintain high standards of customer service as per policy manuals.
