Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Handle responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence and participate in recruitment and training.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments as needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to help profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure each department meets responsibilities and standards.
• Keep the Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote merchandise per policies.
