Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of retail management experience and/or equivalent education.

• Basic Computer Skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations in partnership with the General Manager.
• Merchandising and ensuring adequate inventory levels, pricing, and signage.
• Train and educate the store team on policies and procedures.
• Support in addressing store issues to ensure long-term solutions.
• Oversee food operation appearance, quality, and promotions as needed.
• Learn and understand P&L statements.
