Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, signage, and promotions per corporate guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing of the store, including cash security and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations, staff, and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Executes market plan with product placement and updated promotions.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
