Responsibilities

• Support the CVS Store Management team in planning and executing store operations.
• Lead the store and supervisory staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Maintain customer service standards and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with merchandising, price setting, stock placement and weekly promotional displays.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews and resolve customer inquiries per policy.
