CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution, ensuring smooth operations when a manager is not onsite. You will lead the store crew, supervise activities, and maintain a high standard of customer service to foster loyalty.

The role requires strong communication, deductive reasoning, and flexibility to work a 40‑hour full‑time schedule, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in planning and driving store execution.
• Lead the store and supervisory staff when no manager is onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed and customer service is prioritized.
• Supervise activities, communicate with management and crews, and maintain store operations.
• Assist customers, handle questions and complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves, and manage weekly/promotional displays.
