Job summary

CVS Health in Lakewood, CA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution, performance, and customer loyalty through excellent service. This role leads the store when no manager is onsite and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise staff, coordinate merchandising, pricing and stock, and deliver a smooth, shopper-friendly experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
