Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support store leadership in planning and driving store execution and performance. You will lead the store in the manager's absence, ensure smooth operations, and oversee opening and closing procedures to enhance customer service.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, coordinating with management, and maintaining a positive shopping experience while protecting confidentiality and driving loyalty across CVS/pharmacy locations.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture through greeting and guidance.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues (e.g., myImpact, myCustomer).
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Plan, execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Support off-shelf merchandise planning, display and maintenance.
