Job summary

CVS Health in Fairfax, VA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join the store leadership team. You will plan and drive store execution, supervise staff, and help deliver excellent customer service while maintaining safety and quality standards.

In this full-time role you will cover openings and closings when managers are not on site, coordinate merchandising, pricing, and displays, and coach teammates to uphold CVS customer service culture and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, supervisory and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when no manager is onsite and supervise staff.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are completed and accurate.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints per policy.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays and promotions.
• Coach colleagues and provide feedback to improve service quality.
