Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
Consult with Store Manager on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
Lead in the Store Manager's absence and supervise staff as needed.
Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel.
Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
Ensure quality customer service and adherence to company policies.
