Dollar General is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run a clean, customer-first store. You will supervise staff, oversee merchandise presentation, handle deposits and cashier duties, and assist in store leadership in the Store Manager's absence.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1 year retail experience, and at least 6 months supervisory experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent walking and lifting up to 55 pounds.

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ability to operate a cash register and scanner and generate reports.
• Ability to read and interpret charts, safety rules, and procedures manuals.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership and assist customers at the register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy adherence.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, restocking and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory, control damages and markdowns, and process paperwork.
• Support planogram implementation and store presentation as directed.
