Responsibilities include opening/closing, training associates, executing planograms, inventory control, and safeguarding store cash with strict cashier accountability. This role requires initiative and dependable leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform cashiering and basic math calculations.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide superior service leadership at the point of sale.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling training and enforcing company policies.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and rotate stock according to planograms.
• Support inventory accuracy and cash handling procedures.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
