Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer's purchase.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and training.
• Manage merchandise with planograms, stocking and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory and handle deposits and refunds with cashier accountability.
• Support store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
