Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maximize the value of donated goods and maintain production and store standards.
• Rotate goods in store for a continuous flow of new merchandise.
• Train and coach employees; ensure adequate POS and donations coverage.
• Assist with hiring; conduct phone screens and training as needed.
• Operate register, assign tills, maintain cash controls and customer flow.
