Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high customer service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and store operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and operations.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Handle stock receiving, unpacking, and organization; ensure items are stocked quickly.
