Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energized store leader to oversee day-to-day operations and coach a team of crew members in a fast-paced retail environment in Mount Juliet, TN. You’ll act as Manager on Duty, ensure excellent customer service, handle opening/closing, and drive sales through strong merchandising and coaching.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, some college is preferred, and minimum one year of management experience with strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and delivers fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance and service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, and ensures readiness for daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
