You will mentor team members, monitor financial metrics, uphold Follett values, and ensure a hassle-free customer service culture.

This role requires availability to meet business needs and may involve opening/closing

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• 0-5 years of retail or bookstore experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• General computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises sales team members and schedules hours.
• Trains new team members and handles peak-season staffing.
• Greet customers, answer phones, direct calls, and resolve issues.
• Handles cash handling, deposits, and daily reconciliations.
• Stock shelves, take inventory, and maintain merchandising standards.
• Open/close responsibilities as a Keyholder.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
