Job summary

Crumbl is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, ensure cookie quality, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. You will supervise shifts, coach team members, and help recruit and hire staff as needed.

Responsibilities include assisting with ordering, inventory checks, scheduling, training, conflict resolution, and implementing policies to improve efficiency and profitability while upholding Crumbl standards and brand

Responsibilities

• Successfully managing all aspects of store business operations.
• Ensuring the 3 C's of Crumbl are met: Cookie Quality, Customer Service, and Cleanliness
• Ensuring we never run out of cookies; cookies are dressed and prepared properly, and that every customer leaves the store with a big smile!
• Assisting with ordering ingredients and other supplies for the store.
• Assisting store manager in maintaining and creating weekly schedule.
• Maintaining Crumbl knowledge of all store positions and filling in as needed
• Assisting store manager with hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities
• Helping to resolve conflicts and/or complaints from customers and employees
• Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed
• Analyzing information and processing and developing more effective or efficient techniques and strategies
• Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives
• Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive
• Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures
• Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business
