Crumbl Cookies in Sugar Land seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure top-notch cookie quality and guest experience.

You will hire, train, and coach team members, manage schedules, monitor inventory, and implement efficient procedures to maximize profitability while maintaining a clean, welcoming store.

Responsibilities

• Successfully manage all aspects of store business operations.
• Ensure the 3 C's of Crumbl are met: Cookie Quality, Customer Service, and Cleanliness
• Ensure we never run out of cookies, that cookies are dressed and prepared properly, and that every customer leaves the store with a big smile
• Order ingredients and other supplies for the store.
• Maintain and create weekly schedule.
• Maintain knowledge and skills for baker and driver positions and fills in as necessary
• Hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities
• Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees
• Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed
• Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient techniques and strategies
• Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives
• Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive
• Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties
• Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures
• Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business
