Crumbl Cookies is hiring a Manager to lead daily store operations in New Jersey, guiding a high‑performing team and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will manage inventory, scheduling, and quality while upholding Crumbl's renowned service and product standards.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in food service, a focus on people development, and comfort with POS systems and office tools.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1 year of business/leadership/management experience in food or restaurant settings.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities to coach staff.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and maintain Crumbl standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve objectives and manage store systems and processes.
• Develop team members for current and future Crumbl roles.
• Support inventory, ordering, quality control, baking, and staffing.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain Crumbl service standards.
• Monitor store metrics and participate in customer acquisition efforts.
• Communicate clearly with the team and leadership via multiple channels.
• Utilize technology and POS systems; resolve simple tech issues as needed.
• Maintain high attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety across the store.
• Oversee facilities and equipment with proactive maintenance and safety training.
