Job summary

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience.
• Lead teams in planning, implementing and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Develop action plans and communications to associates based on Associate Insight survey results.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify opportunities and create timely solutions and plans.
• Model and uphold the highest level of customer service and resolve issues.
• Manage total store operations in the store manager’s absence.
• Drive sales while managing budgets and reducing shrink.
• Foster inclusive leadership and build community relationships.
• Communicate necessary information to associates to perform duties.
