Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stockroom and sales floor
• Protect and secure store assets and follow safety policies
• Process directives and payroll, scheduling, and cash handling
• Ensure policies and professional interactions with customers and associates
