Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Saint George, UT is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities and support the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor as needed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain areas of the store to company standards and ensure cleanliness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and payroll/scheduling tasks.
