Job summary

Five Below is seeking an on-site Store Manager-At-Duty in Westminster, MD to lead crew, ensure top-tier customer service, and manage daily store operations. You will train associates, oversee opening/closing, and drive sales while controlling expenses.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer through personal contact and trains crew on the best customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure performance and service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for fast placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Open or close the store, securing cash, doors, alarms and daily setup.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and operations.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses by improving merchandising and service.
