Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including required systems start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change at cash registers.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to keep a clean, neat store appearance and readiness for deliveries.
• Assist with associate training and communication when store management is unavailable.
