Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to support store operations and customer experience in Idaho. The role includes opening and closing the store in the absence of management, handling cash, and ensuring compliance with pricing and display standards.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, and assist with inventory, merchandising, and basic maintenance while upholding Walgreens service standards.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and handle cash.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with backroom and displays.
• Assist with store maintenance, pricing, and compliance tasks.
• Serve as liaison between management and team when leadership is absent.
