Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and assist customers.
• Oversee daily store activities and supervise associates.
• Receive, unpack, and stock new merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations.
• Open/close the store, secure cash and set alarms.
• Train and onboard associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales through merchandising and customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stockroom.
