Job summary

Five Below is seeking a crew/lead role focused on delivering WOW customer service in a fast-paced Dallas store. You will train teammates, oversee daily tasks, and help with stock and operations while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, strong communication, and teamwork. Starting pay is $11.50 per hour, with opportunities to grow with the store leadership team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and maintain service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and manage store operations when needed.
• Open or close the store and secure cash, doors and alarms as required.
• Support onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
