You will supervise associates, train staff, and ensure a positive, safe environment while delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• Requires a high school diploma and ability to read/interpret directives.
• Experience managing store operations in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
