Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership associate in Mobile, AL to ensure outstanding customer experiences and to train crew on the BEST service standards. You will oversee daily store operations and assist with stock receiving and sales floor readiness.

You will also act as Manager on Duty, handle opening/closing duties, scheduling, and drive sales while maintaining a clean, organized environment for guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.College experience preferred for advancement opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure and think creatively to improve store operations.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and security measures.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales, helps optimize merchandising and controls expenses.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and recovery efforts.
• Performs general store maintenance and housekeeping tasks as needed.
