Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers by providing fast, friendly service at checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and supervise associates.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking items.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations.
• Open/close procedures including cash handling and security.
• Support onboarding and training of team members.
• Drive sales and manage expenses through merchandising and staffing.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
• Perform general store maintenance and housekeeping.
