Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and interpret directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drugstore preferred.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store duties as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are required.
• Customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and answer questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from truck to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support adherence to corporate directives and store policies.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged merchandise, payroll records, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Ensure a clean, well-stocked store and secure assets.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment with customers and staff.
