Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Trenton, Tennessee to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with opening and closing procedures, organize merchandise, and help train store associates to maintain a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and ability to read/interpret directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication, organizational, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Help customers with questions and concerns in a positive manner.
• Assist in organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Support Store Manager in training and developing store associates.
