Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When there is no manager onsite, the Operations Supervisor leads the store and supervisory staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical thinking.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work with store management and crews to run the store smoothly.
• Lead the store team when no manager is onsite, directing and following up activities.
• Communicate information effectively to and from management and staff.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, assist and thank customers.
• Handle customer relations per company policy and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues on service performance.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality at all times.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves as part of daily routines.
• Support weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays, signs and inventory.
• Assist with off-shelf merchandise planning, displays, and maintenance.
