Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate store operations in the absence of Store Director or Assistant Director.
• Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Run cashier register and courtesy desk; handle customer concerns efficiently.
• Know store layout and safety equipment; conduct regular area inspections.
• Maintain time clock accuracy in the absence of management.
• Potentially close the store (lock doors, turn off lights, arm store).
• Assist customers by locating products and providing information.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked store.
• Follow PPE, safety, and food safety guidelines.
