Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store in the absence of management and manage required system start-ups and cash handling.
• Engage customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience; greet and assist customers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, pricing, placement, and stockroom organization; support audits and displays.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and reverse logistics; support store operations and maintenance.
• Train and mentor team members, communicate tasks, and report issues to management.
