Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Valid PTCB certification or state pharmacy license.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store keys to open/close, supports vendor deliveries, pricing changes, and displays.
• Performs basic bookkeeping activities, including cash reports and ledgers.
• Ensures compliance with local regulations and store policies, including regulated products where applicable.
