Walgreens in Concord, MA is seeking a capable team member to help operate the store when management is not on duty. You will open and close the store, handle cash, set up systems, assist with deliveries, and ensure shelves and back stock are ready for business.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, stock, price items, and support pharmacy out window as needed. The role requires leadership experience, English fluency, and a valid pharmacy license or PTCB certification per state requirements.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required system start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.
• Engages customers with a friendly, helpful attitude to ensure a positive experience for shoppers and patients.
• Acts as a liaison between management and team when store management is not present and communicates assigned tasks.
• Assists with inventory, pricing, and displays; maintains store cleanliness and compliance with policies.
