Qualificações

• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change as requested.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team members for a distinctive experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close; assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across departments, stockroom, and overstock locations.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, signage, and compliance with local regulations.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities, cash reports, and daily reconciliations.
