Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving and stocking new merchandise.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling operations and issues.
• Manages opening/closing duties and cash handling.
• Drives sales, optimizes merchandising and reduces expenses.
