Job summary

Alumni Hall Stores, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder to support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations and sales goals. You will help lead associates, train staff on policies, and ensure a clean, organized store environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, deposits, merchandise replenishment, and collaboration on e-commerce orders. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and protecting store assets with a strong focus

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work a schedule based upon the business needs - including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and handle deposits.
• Lead, delegate, and follow-up on store associates.
• Partner with Store Manager in day-to-day operations and sales goals.
• Assist in staff training on company policies and procedures.
• Assist in daily merchandise replenishments.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
• Provide superior customer service and a great shopping experience.
• Ensure protection of company assets and timely processing of e-commerce orders.
