Five Below Inc. is seeking a qualified manager to lead store operations at our Colorado Springs location. You will oversee daily activities, train crew, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for guests.

You will act as Manager on Duty, manage staff, and partner with leadership to drive sales and maintain exceptional store standards. The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic retail environment.

• Wows customers through personal contact and high service standards.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures staff perform duties effectively.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and oversees store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Occasionally opens/closes the store, secures cash, and maintains alarms for smooth operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates and improves performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and team performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery processes.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
