Walgreens is seeking a team member to help open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. You will assist with deliveries and backdoor access as needed.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, and model Walgreens service traits to deliver a distinctive customer experience. Prior supervisory or key holder experience and strong English skills are required.

Qualificações

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Customer service mindset and ability to handle transactions accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles cash and doors as needed.
• Completes returns, refunds, and cash drops; provides change to registers.
• Engages customers with a distinctive and delightful experience and supports team members.
