You’ll participate in receiving, stocking, and merchandising while acting as Manager on Duty when needed. The position requires flexibility across shifts and a positive, Can-do attitude.

Qualifikationen

• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

• Wowed the customer through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new items.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and security measures.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Coordinate with store leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
