You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock and recover merchandise, clean the store, implement planograms, and support store leadership in their absence, while protecting company assets and driving profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Ability to perform basic math including percentages.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and cashier accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases, collect payment, and bag merchandise.
• Stock, restock, and rotate merchandise; build displays and open/close the register.
• Clean the store, take out trash, dust and mop floors, and assist with sidewalk displays.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms; perform duties in absence of Store Manager.
