Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer's purchase.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and training, and lead safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise through receiving, stocking, rotating, and creating displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory and control damages, markdowns and paperwork.
• Support planogram implementation and ensure proper product presentation.
• Ensure cash handling integrity, cashier accountability and deposits per policy.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
