Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience. Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Own merchandising and presentation standards following floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of direct reports to ensure staffing aligns with business priorities.
• Coordinate with store leadership on plans for budgets, goals, and operational/merchandising initiatives.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and policy compliance across the team and store operations.
