• Lead store operations, staffing, and scheduling to meet business goals.
• Hire, onboard, and develop teammates; coach performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention and SOPs; uphold policies.
• Collaborate with store leadership to drive payroll, budgets, and merchandising plans.
