Job summary

You will engage customers, assist with returns, process transactions, support inventory accuracy, and help with displays and backdoor deliveries. Previous leadership or retail key holder experience is valued; English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Supervises and coaches team members in inventory, pricing, and displays; writes pricing changes and ensures signage accuracy.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and helps with backdoor deliveries and vendor coordination.
• Supports cashier operations, records scanning errors, price verifications, and voids; assists with store maintenance and cleanliness.
