Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and lead a high-performing team. You will run the register, help customers, and coach staff to upsell promotions.

Ideal candidates are reliable, with English proficiency and basic math skills, and must be available weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts. This role offers growth toward Store Manager and beyond with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum age 18+
Food Safety Certification must have or obtain
Proficient in English with basic math skills
Willing to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on service and store success.
Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock.
Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and pumps.
Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
